APPOINTMENTS TO VIEW COLLECTIONS

ENQUIRIES

You are welcome to submit your enquiries about any aspect of naval history or our collections by clicking here to e-mail us Alternatively, see our Information Service pages for postal or telephone/fax enquiries. Please ensure you give us alternative contact addresses eg postal address, telephone number.

Our  Enquiry Response Service Level

Our information service receives a high number of enquiries and we are not able to answer your e-mail immediately (including acknowledging receipt). Please allow at least 4 working weeks (which is subject to staffing availability) for a response to your query. All enquiries are answered in a strict order of receipt. Due to the current high demand on the information service and limited staffing resources, we are unable to enter into further correspondence/follow-up enquiries once your original enquiry has been responded to.
